1. Do you ship to international address?

Yes, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

If you ever had delivery problems occurred by your address, please do leave a message to note that during the checkout procedure or contact our customer service before you pay. Thank you for your cooperation.

2. When do you ship the item after I placed my order?

Most of the time your order will be shipped within one business days (excluded holidays). For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 8-10 business days. Please note that on some occasion, delivery process will be delayed by your country’s Customs Department or local post office. As such, we cannot guarantee how long it will take exactly.

Hi. I will like to place an order this item Sleek Color Men LED Chrono EL Stainless Steel Watch. Item no:T061 for my friend birthday as a gift. But his birthday is too close on june 15th. I think, you are sending by standard shipping, I may receive the order within 8-10 business days. So,may I have a request to you that you could update the shipping fee and delivery times by registered parce Hong Kong post to my country Turkey.
